| Step #2 - You forward to your contacts via email/newsletter and/or put a link on your website and/or print on flyers or promotional leaflets etc. | |||||||
| Step #3- Your contacts upon clicking the link is brought to a webpage giving detail descriptions and a button to Buy Online. Upon order you get paid! | |||||||
| That is all the Promoter needs to do! | |||||||
| II. Order Processing | |||||||

| III. Accounting | |||||||
| 1 | Promoter's ID captured with each order |

| Step #1 - QHTC is able to capture the ID of the particular Promoter from the orders generated in this way. | |||||||
| Step #2 - Quarterly sales report is generated on the 5th day of April, July, October and January. Referral Fee payable = Quantity sold online x USD5.00/- | |||||||
| Step #3- Referral Fee paid directly into the bank account provided by the Promoter. | |||||||
| IV. Termination | |||||||

| Step #1 - Either party can terminate this agreement anytime without citing any reason whatsoever by giving the other party notice of termination in writing. | |||||||
| Step #2 - A final sales report shall be generate up to the date of termination within 10 days of the date of termination. | |||||||
| Step #3- Final payment of outstanding Referral Fee shall be paid to the Promoter's bank account within 10 days of the date of termination. | |||||||
